Aaron Boysen

Aaron graduated as a dietitian, winning the Richard Simpson award for excellence.

He has practiced in a variety of clinical roles in the NHS, completed M-level academic modules and completed further education in both pediatrics and gastroenterology.

He was also the first dietitian to be awarded a Digital Health Fellowship with HEE.

He co-founded an award-winning patient and clinician educational company, Nutribytes while completing the NHS clinical entrepreneurship program, before launching Primary Care Dietitians.

Nusrat Kausar

Nusrat Kausar Chief Clinical Director

Nusrat is a Registered Dietitian with extensive experience of over 15 years working for the NHS.

She currently sits as a board member on SENR (Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register) and also sits on BDA England Board.

Nusrat has got experience working for Primary Care Networks, particularly in the area of diabetes. She is a clinical mentor who will support you in your journey to become a First Contact Dietitian.

Suyin Chia

Suyin Chia Chief Operating Officer

Suyin is a Registered Dietitian.

Before training and becoming a dietitian she was awarded a degree in Accountancy which led to her working varies firms such as KPMG.

Suyin then trained as a dietitian at Leeds Beckett University. Since becoming a dietitian, she has worked in various clinical roles, including primary care. Her most recent role involved helping patients with Type 2 Diabetes achieve remission.

First Contact Practitioner Supervisors

Rebecca Gasche

Rebecca Gasche

Since qualifying as a dietitian in 2013, Rebecca has worked in both acute and community NHS roles.

After specialising in gastroenterology for a number of years, and working as a clinical lead dietitian, she embarked on a new journey as a First Contact Dietitian in Primary care in April 2021.

Rebecca is a supplementary prescriber, one of the first qualified and working First Contact Dietitians and is currently studying to complete her advanced practice masters alongside her work in Primary Care.

Liz Reilly

Liz Reilly

Liz is a Registered Physiotherapist and Advanced Practitioner with over 12 years of experience in specialist rehabilitation and Primary Care.

Liz has led and delivered numerous educational programs, including supporting trainee APs, FCP module, and GPN Foundation and Fellowship courses.

She is passionate about empowering others to grow and improve patient experiences.

In her free time, Liz enjoys dancing, walking, skiing, and traveling.

Ryan Allen

Ryan Allen

Ryan co-founded Primary Care Physio, and currently leads the organisation.

He graduated from Warwick Business School with an MBA, and moved into operations and leadership.

He has prior experience of leading and developing national based MSK physiotherapy service teams of 220-250 physiotherapists including being accountable for NHS community physiotherapy and secondary MSK CATS services across 30 CCGs in England.

Prof Gary Shuckford

Prof Gary Shuckford

Gary is a healthcare IT angel investor, Founder and Director. 

Gary has over 25 years experience in thehealthcare market and was previously the Group Operations Director for EMIS Group plc - one of the UK’s largest digital health companies. 

Gary is a Visiting Professor at the Leeds Sustainability Institute at Leeds Beckett University, as well as being a leader in bringing technology and innovation to the healthcare marketplace.

Mo Nazir

Mo Nazir

Mo is a healthcare angel investor and entrepreneur. Mo has worked in senior roles within Healthcare commissioning, private healthcare provider and pharmaceutical industry.

He has recent experience of serving as CEO of GP Federation and has track record of developing organisations that provide clinical and workload support solutions for primary care.
